We show a way back to feeling less anxious and more relaxed.

The path we offer is humour and laughter. Like many other remedies for stress, these are quite simple. A sense of humour can help us keep things in perspective as we make the needed changes in our lives to enhance our health and wellbeing. Once amused or even laughing, we are more open to the more difficult changes we may need to make. There are ways to strengthen our sense of humour so we get laughing not stressed.

Patricia and Shayne specialise in stress and humour.

Their careers as a nurse and doctor give them an understanding of health, wellbeing and the consequences of stress. (It also gives them credibility with audiences.)

Laughter medicine is what they prescribe and laughter is what they dispense to their audiences. As people relax and laugh they are more receptive to ideas for making the needed changes in their lives. These ideas are included in conference presentations, seminars, DVDs and their book You won’t die laughing!

They are also authors of the book Doctor, I feel funny – how to take the stress out of being in hospital for patients and visitors.
